Rooted in Resilience Mental Health Services was founded by me, Shannon Woods, MSW, LCSW. I believe in building strong relationships with my clients to better understand their unique needs. I have a knack for holding space for others and allowing them to feel safe within the therapeutic relationship.

At Rooted in Resilience, I provide mental health services such as traditional talk therapy, play therapy, trauma therapy, and less-traditional therapies like EMDR and forest bathing to individuals aged 10 and up.
